We would like to arrange for customers to pickup at Country Arbors. I understand that my organization is required to provide a staff member to coordinate pickup with our customers, AND I understand that Country Arbors will not provide staff to assist with picking up orders.

We would like for Country Arbors to deliver our entire fundraiser to us, and we will arrange for individual pickup separately. If this box is selected, please provide the details for delivery below as well as the time and location where customers will be able to pick up their orders. Please note that a delivery fee will be deducted from your total profits. Delivery fees start at $40 and vary based on your location.
