Right of Way

Plantings & Permits
Right of way trees

Most cities in our planting area require that specific trees are planted in the Right of Way. Generally the right of way is between the sidewalk and the street but can also be the first 10 feet.

Below is a list of cities in our planting area and their approved tree list. There is also a packet that has an application to get your tree approved and the email to where that application can be sent for approval. Once approved please email the approval to orders(at)CountryArbors.com.

By law J.U.L.I.E should be called by the person/company doing the planting. If Country Arbors Nursery is planting your trees, we will handle all J.U.L.I.E. management. If this is the case and your city requires a J.U.L.I.E number on the application please put "Managed by Country Arbors Nursery"

If you do not see your city listed, please contact your local municipality for more information.

The following cities/towns do not allow right of way plantings: Fisher, Mansfield, Pesotum.
